Objective

Click and drag to select Pattern Mesh freely.

Location

Main Menu ▶ 3D Garment ▶ Select Mesh (Box) / Select Mesh (Lasso)

3D Toolbar ▶ (Click for more than 2 seconds) ▶ Select Mesh (Box) / Select Mesh (Lasso)

Operation

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 3D Garment ▶ Select Mesh (Box) / Select Mesh (Lasso)
   
   3D Toolbar ▶ (Click for more than 2 seconds) ▶ Select Mesh (Box) / Select Mesh (Lasso)
   
   → The Garment Mesh is now displayed in green in both the 3D and 2D windows.
   
   → When using the tool, 3D tools, and Thick Textured Surface are disabled.
   
   
2. Click on a vertex (a point of the mesh).
   
   → The Mesh is now selected.
   
   
3. Or click on a desired area on the Garment ▶ Click and drag to select the area.
   
   → The selected area is displayed in green.
   
   → The selection also appears on the respective 2D Pattern.
   
   
4. Click and drag, or use the Gizmo to move the selected Mesh as desired in the 3D window.

※ Note:

• Click and drag on the 2D Pattern while pressing Shift+Ctrl on the keyboard to select additional mesh. Adversely, click and drag on the 2D Pattern while pressing Ctrl on the keyboard to deselect Mesh from existing selected areas.
  
  

• Select Segment Mesh

  Double-click on a Pattern outline in either the 3D or 2D window to select Mesh along the segment. When selecting Mesh on the Pattern in the 2D window, adjacent segment vertices are also selected when the angle difference is less than 20˚.
  
  

• Select Mesh on the Pattern

  Double-click on a Pattern in either the 3D or 2D window to select all Mesh on a Pattern.
  
  

• Select Mesh on Internal Line (v4.0.0)

  Use the same procedure as above to select mesh on specific Internal Lines and Shapes.
