Objective
Modify Pattern outlines or Internal Lines into smooth curves.

Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Smooth Curve
2D Toolbar ▶ Smooth Curve
Operation
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Smooth Curve
2D Toolbar ▶ Smooth Curve - Click on a segment or point to establish the first point.
→ The point appears in grey. - Drag the mouse.
→ A grey arrow extending from the point follows the cursor. - Click on another segment or point to establish the endpoint.
→ A reference line is created between the two points. - With the reference line created, click on the side that will be converted into a smooth curve.
→ The entire side is highlighted in yellow. - Click & drag the reference line to create the desired smooth curve.
→ The entire outline of the selected side is replaced by the reference line.

Curvature of a specific line can be precisely adjusted without affecting other lines.
- Click a start point and endpoint on the segment or point to set the editing range.
- Select which side to be edited.
- Click and drag a segment or point to adjust curvature within the set range.
- Edit
- By default, nearby points adjust proportionally when moving.
- You can move only the selected point by holding the [ D ] key while dragging.
- Right-click while dragging the segment or point to enter a specific moving distance.
- Add
- Click a segment while holding the [ Ctrl ] key to add a curve point.
* Adding to a Bezier curve points convert it to free curve points, which may adjust the curvature.
- Click a segment while holding the [ Ctrl ] key to add a curve point.
- Delete
- Right-click a point and click the Delete menu to delete selected points.
- Edit
- Or click and drag a reference line to replace it with a new curve.
- Press Enter to complete.
- When selecting a pattern outline or internal line, update based on the edited pattern outline or internal line.
- When selecting a reference line, update based on the edited reference line. Segment points will be added at the start and end.

Cancel Actions
- Cancel All Actions
While using the Smooth Curve tool, press Esc or Ctrl + Z on the keyboard and all actions are undone. - Cancel Last Action
While using the Smooth Curve tool, press Delete or Backspace on the keyboard and the last action is undone.
