Objective
Add and edit curve points on Pattern outlines and Internal Lines.

Operation
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Edit Curve Point
2D Toolbar ▶ Edit Curve Point - Click the desired position of a segment to add a curve point.
→ The Free Curve Point is added to the segment and the straight line is curved. - Click and drag to add curve point and edit curvature at once.
To enter Moved Distance, please right click while click-and-dragging the Curve Point (ver4.2.0).
Option Description Distance Moved Type in the how much a segment or a point is moved. X-Axis (ver4.2.0) Type in how much a point is moved on x-axis.
This option does not appear for segments.Y-Axis (ver4.2.0) Type in how much a point is moved on Y-axis.
This option does not appear for segments.
※ Note:
- Moving multiple curve points at once is possible starting ver4.2.0 (ver4.2.0).
The Transform pattern tool's selection box can now select patterns no matter the area it covers; by holding CTRL and clicking and dragging your mouse. (ver. 2024.0) - The Free Curve Point can be freely added and edited. The Free Curve Point can also be created by holding down the Ctrl key on the keyboard while drafting a Pattern with the Polygon tool.
- When a Free Curve Point is added to an AI Bezier curve, its AI Bezier curve handles disappear and the curve is reshaped based on the added Free Curve Point.
