Objective

Cut a single 2D Pattern into two or more pieces using Internal Lines (ver2.3.0).

Operation

Transform Pattern/ Edit Pattern Tool

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Edit ▶ Transform Pattern / Edit Pattern
   
   2D Toolbar ▶ Transform Pattern / Edit Pattern
   
   
2. Right click on the Internal Line/Shape to access the pop-up menu. Then, select Cut or Cut & Sew.
   
   → The Pattern is divided based on the selected Internal Line/Shape. If you select Cut & Sew, Sewing Lines are established between the divided Patterns.

Trace Tool

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Trace
   
   2D Toolbar ▶ Trace
   
   
2. Right click on the Internal Line/Shape to access the pop-up menu. Then, select Cut or Cut & Sew.
   
   → The Pattern is divided based on the selected Internal Line/Shape. If you select Cut & Sew, Sewing Lines are established between the divided Patterns.

※ Note: With the Trace tool, you can Cut or Cut & Sew Patterns using the Baselines as well.
