Objective
Apply Fabrics (.zfab) to Patterns.
Operation
Apply from Property Editor
- Click on a Pattern, and choose a Fabric to apply from the Fabric menu in the Property Editor.
→ The selected Fabric is now being applied to the selected Pattern accordingly.
※ Note:
- Only Fabrics in the Fabric tab are being displayed in the corresponding Fabric menu.
Assign to Selected Pattern
- Select a Pattern.
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Object Browser ▶ Fabric ▶ Assign to Selected Patterns
→ The selected Fabric is now being applied to the selected Pattern accordingly.
Assign to New Fabric
- Select a Pattern.
- Follow the indicated guideline below:
Object Browser ▶ Fabric ▶ Assign to New Fabric
Right-click Pattern Pop-up Menu ▶ Assign to New Fabric
→ The new Fabric is now being applied to the selected Pattern and simultaneously added on the Fabric tab.
Apply from Folder
- With Window File Search, open a folder where the Fabric files are being stored.
- Drag and drop a desired Fabric onto a pattern in 2D or 3D window.
→ The selected Pattern is now being applied to the selected Pattern and simultaneously added on the Fabric tab.
- Or, drag and drop Fabric files onto Fabric tab of the Object Browser.
→ In case of drag-and-dropping onto Fabric item, the previous Fabric style gets replaced.
→ In case of drag-and-dropping onto the empty space, the Fabric gets added in the list.
Apply from Library Window
- Open a folder where the Fabric files are being stored from the Library window.
- Drag and drop a desired Fabric onto a Pattern in 2D or 3D window.
→ The selected Pattern is now being applied to the selected Pattern and simultaneously added on the Fabric List window.
- Drag and drop fabric files onto Fabric tab of the Object Browser:
→ In case of drag-and-dropping onto Fabric item, the previous item gets replaced.
→ In case of drag-and-dropping onto the empty space, the Fabric gets added in the list.
Apply from Fabric Tab
- Drag and drop a desired Fabric onto a Pattern in 2D or 3D window.
→ The selected Pattern is now being applied to the selected Pattern.
