Objective

Create internal ellipses or circles within Patterns.

Location

Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Create ▶ Internal Ellipse

2D Toolbar ▶ Internal Ellipse

Operation

Create Internal Ellipse

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Create ▶ Internal Ellipse
   
   2D Toolbar ▶ Internal Ellipse
   
   
2. Click and drag within a Pattern to freehand an ellipse. Hold down the Shift key on the keyboard to create a circle.
   
   
3. Release the mouse to complete the Internal Ellipse or the Internal Circle.

※ Note:

While creating the Internal Shape, press down the Ctrl key on the keyboard to create it by the center point (ver.5.1.0).

While creating the Internal Shape, press down the Shift + Ctrl keys to create a full circle by its center point (ver.5.1.0).

Create Internal Ellipse with Entered Values

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:
   
   Main Menu ▶ 2D Pattern ▶ Create ▶ Internal Ellipse
   
   2D Toolbar ▶ Internal Ellipse
   
   
2. Click once within a Pattern.
   
   → The Create Ellipse window appears.
   
   
3. Enter the desired values.
   
   

   Diameter		Set the diameter of the Internal Circle.
   Radius		Set the radius of the Internal Circle (ver3.2.0).
   		Link to maintain the width and height ratio.
   Circumference		Set the circumference of the Internal Circle (ver3.2.0).
   Position	To Outline	Set the position of the left, right, top, and bottom of the Internal Circles from the Pattern outline (ver2.5.0).
   	To Center	Set the position of the center of the Internal Circle from the left, right, top, and bottom of the Pattern outline (ver2.5.0).
