3D Background Setting – Marvelous Designer

Set background texture, color and transparency of the 3D window.

Main Menu ▶ Display ▶ Format Background

Right-click Pop-up Menu (3D window) ▶ Format Background

1. Follow the indicated guideline below:

Main Menu ▶ Display ▶ Format 3D Background

Right-click Pop-up Menu (3D window) ▶ Format 3D Background

→ 3D Background Setting Window appears.

2. Select a desired background for the 3D window.

※ Note:

Texture	Set background image of the 3D window. Click the Lock Aspect Ratio button to maintain the original image's proportions. (ver 2025.0)
Color	Set background color of the 3D window.
Reset	Reset to default background (ver2.4.0).

※ Note: Drag & Drop image files onto the 3D window also allows to change the background (ver2.4.0).
