How to cancel Enterprise Standalone (Monthly) license?

To cancel the Enterprise Standalone (Monthly) license, please follow the steps below.

  • Log in with Company ID
  • Access License Account Admin page

  • Go to License page, and filter the End User ID that possess Enterprise Standalone (Monthly) license.

  • Click the ID to enter the detail page and click 'Cancel Subscription' at License tab

  • Click 'Cancel Subscription' to fully process the cancellation.
