Objective
Set the properties of a Trim.
Location
Main Menu ▶ Window ▶ Trim
Operation

Open trim window by going to Main Menu ▶ Window ▶ Trim

Select the Trim Style.
→The Trim properties will display in Property Editor.
Trim properties

Information | Name | You can rename the trim. | |
Surface |
Skin Offset | Adjusts the spacing between objects and trim. | |
Static Friction | This is the coefficient of friction between the garment and the accessories when the garment is stationary. | ||
Kinetic Friction | It refers to the coefficient of friction between the garment and its accessories in situations where the garment needs to move. | ||

Scale (local) |
X (mm) | Scales along the X-axis. |
Y (mm) | Scales along the Y-axis. | ||
Z (mm) | Scales along the Z-axis. | ||
Lock Aspect Ratio | Fix the default proportions of the trim. | ||
Weight |
Set the weight of the trim. |

Collision (ver. 11) |
Sets whether the accessory should collide. You can only set collision handling for accessories that are not attached to a garment. |

Collision Thickness |
Sets the thickness of the collision with the clothing. The higher the thickness value, the wider the simulated gap with the garment. |

Material (selected) | Set the Material of the trims |

Miscellaneous | Mesh type | This indicates the type of mesh. | |
Element Count | Indicates the number of points in the mesh. | ||
Polygon Optimization |
Count | Sets the number of polygons. | |
Plane |
Applied in the form of a texture when the Plane is activated. Count cannot be set on Plane activation. |
