Payments through a direct DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

1. Log in to your account page.
2. Find your most recent purchase history, and click the edit button next to your card number to change your payment method.
3. Enter a new payment method.

Payments through PAYPAL

If your plan is with PayPal, they manage your payments. You'll need to change the payment method on PayPal service.

2. Change your card information by following the link above.  

Note: 

• When you add a payment method, some payment providers issue a temporary authorization charge.
• The changes take effect from your next billing date.
• If your license is not currently active, you can apply your new payment method when you purchase a new license.
• If your plan is with Alipay, please kindly go to Alipay app and adjust your card information in the subscription page.

[Enterprise Only] Payments through a direct DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

If you purchased a monthly standalone license, you can update your payment information on License Account Admin page. 

1. Log in with your company ID to your License Account Admin page. 
2. Click the License ID (End User) that you need to change payment with. 
3. Click "Change Payment Method"
